In an EMS environment focused on advanced technology and customized customer solutions, Cicor Romania is looking for a NPI & Process Engineer.
 The role involves active participation in new product introduction into manufacturing, process optimization, and ensuring a smooth transition from the quotation and prototyping phase to serial production. If you are motivated by innovation, well‑defined processes, and cross‑functional collaboration, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.

Your tasks:

  • Analysis of the technical documentation
  • Establishing the technological itinerary (required materials, times and methods)
  • Following the products launched in work and providing technical support to the production department
  • Analysis, verification and optimization of execution times
  • Correspondence with internal and external clients to clarify technical aspects

Your conditions :

  • Graduate higher technical studies
  • Knowledge of technical drawing, electronics, technologies in electronics
  • Knowledge of  English language: written, spoken
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize, attention to details
  • Conscientious, dynamic and proactive person
  • Communication skills and  ability to work in a team

Is an advantage :

  • Experience in a production department
  • Design, Valor SW knowledge
  • Technical knowledge regarding production processes: plastics, tool design, metal processing (cutting, punching, milling, casting, welding, bending), assembly processes.
